Rated 2 out of 5 by Shopboy from No supportIf it works it is great my big down fall it dose not always do what it says it can do . I do a lot of programming in my shop starting with key programming . Their is nothing worse than telling a customer you can program their keys to start the car and nothing happens. It will work well on some. And the big is that their no product support. The Matco tool rep quit . When I finally get threw the call waiting the the person tell you oh your tool rep is still there. We don’t show one in your area. It was know problem when I was spending 20;000 in hand tool and 2 scan tools . To sum it up this dog dose not hunt and want come back to my shop.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ben2777 from Doesn’t worthI spend $4500 on this scanner even it’s not come with diagnosing program so you have to pay extra $1000 per year to get that! This scanner just able to do some relearn and basic stuff on the cars. No programming no coding.

Data presented seems much faster than 2.0 . Option to select all in data is something I'm glad they added for pids . Navigation in and out of apps or browser is smooth and no hang ups . The way they set up tool very user friendly. Many things to discover yet, but I'm very satisfied with what Matco has done with the new Maximus 3 . Big shout to my Matco rep Nathan Peters thanks for getting me in one quickly . The speeds back and forth from scan app to browser and the many different ways you can do just that are very useful , and then come right back to screen where you left off that feature is nice, jumping from what ever resource I'm using for info like IATN or prodemand , pts , repair link . I'm adding them all since seems tool can easily handle it .

Rated 1 out of 5 by msp2709 from issues since day 1i traded in a perfect snap on scanner for this. since the day i got it ive been threw 3 charger bases as they never charge it. it crashes constantly when using VW software. and now since my base works the scanner wont turn on or respond. i paid 4k for a paper weight.
